If you are serious about your goals and are ready to make a commitment to achieving them, this 3 month program (the best results are seen in the first 3 months of your fitness journey!) will give you the direct, personal support you need to be successful. I accept a limited amount of coaching clients since every plan is created specific for each individual by me and I keeping the coaching relationship a little more personal allows me to deliver more value to you. :)

Personal Macros customized to meet your nutrition needs, goals, preferences and lifestyle. No two people are alike, so there is no one size fits all perfect ratio of nutrients. Your numbers are tailored for YOU! Even though you'll be in charge of your own menu, if you need help with options to help you hit your targets, I'm here to help you with suggestions and answer your questions regarding nutrition. As your coach, I'm here to see that you can confidently work your plan. Readjustments are made every 4 weeks as needed for progress. No need to slash calories right away if you can see results while enjoying a little more food.
Training Plan to get you in amazing shape whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or both. This means a weight-training program that focuses on building strength and shaping your body, paired with an appropriate cardio schedule. You must have access to a gym, or at least some minimal equipment such as a few sets of dumbbells and a bench at home. If you take yoga, spin or other classes you enjoy, we will incorporate them with your training regimen. Your workouts will be updated every 4 weeks as well to push your body and maximize results!
1 on 1 Coaching Sessions - As online coaching has become more popular, fewer people are getting the personal interactions that are key to what makes coaching so valuable. For my 1-On-1 clients, I believe the distance should be the only difference to the experience you'd get working with me in-person. I schedule Coach Calls with each woman I work with on the phone to get to know more about you and your goals. So that I have a better understanding of what to do to help you get the most out of our time together. While all the facts and data are important, nothing fills in the gaps better than real conversations. If diet and exercise were all it took, you wouldn’t be looking for a coach. Knowing your “why” is more transformational than “how.” This process will show you how to cultivate a mindset to break thru the obstacles you're facing.
Customized App for your phone to track your progress and nutrition daily (you'll be able to link your MyFitnessPal to the coaching app). I'm so happy to be able to offer this to my coaching clients as I feel it's one of the best tools to help you stay organized and accountable! It's super convenient to have your program with you at all times and great to be able to see your own progress. Not only that, but you can also chat with me and update your stats all in one place!
Vegan Shopping List & Instructions for simple meal prep. This is gonna make understanding your options so much easier, but there's still some work required on your end. Unless you have a meal delivery service, a personal chef, or magic genie you will need to allocate some time each week to grocery shop and meal prep At least some your food to stay on point.
Supplement Recommendations and favorites I like to share. These are all totally optional, but I find them helpful and it's really nice to know what ones make good sense for you, so you don't waste money.

Weekly online check-ins with feedback, an exclusive community app that connects you with other women who are also on their vegan fitness journey, as well as bi-weekly Coach Calls with me to keep you on track. It's ok if tracking macros is new to you, but you should have some basic knowledge of what calories and macronutrients are prior to working with me and must agree to log your meals daily using the MyFitnessPal app. The app is free to download onto your smartphone and even if you have never tracked macros before - don't worry! It is as simple to use as texting or scanning the barcode of an item with your phone. You can easily familiarize yourself with the app with a quick YouTube tutorial.
If you are not willing to keep a food log, please don't sign up for coaching with me. The problem with most meal plans is that even though they can be effective, people who don't know any better are left helpless without them. Being a coach to me means I am in large part, a teacher. I share knowledge so you truly understand, and then push you so you can go far beyond self-imposed limitations and rediscover your own potential. Expect to WORK!! My goal is to educate and empower you, not just tell you what to do.
